These Terms of Service govern your use of pawpresence.shop and any purchase from Pawpresence. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. Screen settings and handmade or printed materials may cause minor variations. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel or refund affected orders.

Custom orders and proof approval

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details and the digital proof before approving production. Approval confirms that names, dates, spelling, photos, layout, and design details are correct. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof or for incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be authorized when the order is placed. We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, if personalization is incomplete, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, designs, text, and images are owned by Pawpresence or used with permission. You may not copy, resell, or use our content without written permission. By sending a photo or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it and grant us permission to use it solely to create and fulfill your order.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit harmful code, or upload content that infringes another person's rights or is illegal, threatening, or offensive.

Disclaimers and limitation

The site and products are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawpresence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
